Job Description

The Supplier Quality Manager will develop and implement supplier quality management strategies, conduct audits, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards. The role requires extensive traveling to evaluate and improve supplier performance.

• Develop and implement supplier quality management strategies and processes.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and generate quality trend reports.
• Lead and coordinate supplier qualification processes, including new supplier evaluations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align supplier quality with company objectives.
• Manage supplier quality documentation, including quality agreements and audit reports.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support new product development by ensuring supplier quality readiness.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supplier quality management, ideally in the glove manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
• Proven experience in conducting supplier audits and assessments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 70%)
