Job Description


Position: Supply Chain AdminSalary Up To RM2000Location: Shah Alams:

  • Sales support for daily operational activities. Monitoring the sales and order process.
  • Key in sales order (SO).
  • Follow up delivery status & work closely with third party logistics team to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Documentation Filing: Sorting document and arrange all PO, SO, DO and POD
  • Submission of payment reimbursement.
  • Arrange booking of shipment, follow up shipment booking and status.
  • Some task needed to involve or deal with others department.
  • Involve in supply chain management, data entries & transaction, data preparation and any ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
  • Detail oriented and aggressive interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate with attentive, passionate, hard worker, well-organized professional and multitask personality as value added.
  • Proficient in MS Office (word, excel & PowerPoint)
