We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Supply Chain Administrator to join our Singapore new-verticals pandamart Supply Chain team. If joining a rapidly growing company while gaining value-added experience and exposure intrigues you, this may be the place for you!

This role will be based in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) and will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Supply chain planning for domestic and imports based on the forecast
• Effective inventory management to meet customer demand while minimizing wastage
• Maintain material availability status in database from Suppliers
• Creation of Purchase Orders, Transfer Orders and Returns
• Updating dashboards and Download BI reports for analysis
• Support the planners in preparing for the Promotions and Inventory management
• Monitor Supplier Performance and communication
• Track, monitor KPIs and co-ordinate with the internal stakeholders
• Assist Supply Chain team on adhoc basis for cost optimization, supplier schedule & continuous improvement

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or related studies
• 1-2 years experience in supporting Supply Chain Logistics or Retail operations. Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel) and Google Suite (Gsheets, GSlides) Applications
• Working knowledge of performance/operation metrics.
• Data analysis with strong Excel, SQL, Tableau, Data Studio would be a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Meticulous with attention to detail and accuracy
