Supply Chain Analyst
Summary of the role:
This position will be expected to lead all ERP related facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to, SIOP purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, material handling, material forecasting, capacity planning, master scheduling, inventory control and financial costing, as necessary for Operations support.
Responsibility for ensuring proper end to end Master Data Management to ensure accuracy and ability to transact in a timely manner.
To establish clear reporting requirements, establish dashboards and visible mechanisms to trigger required actions.
Ensure support and achievement of business objectives via close alignment with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Finance and all other colleagues.
Identify, develop and implement continuous improvement and new initiatives that optimize service, inventory turns and operational costs to maximize business profitability
Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate the use of S4/Hana SAP ERP system within Supply Chain and in the functions it interacts with and optimize its use.
Develop and lead the Supply Chain team in ERP use and provide mentorship, identify gaps and plan development.
Troubleshoot user issues and support their learning. Collaborate with SAP Support, SAP COE team and IT team to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
Research complex business problems and propose solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.
Resolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site business/customer's requirements.
Work on complex issues where research of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Create effective documents that are clear, succinct, accurate, and appropriately detailed.
Ability to understand the root-cause of complex problems, research and propose possible solutions both in scope of systems and other available technology. Test and identify best solution, create solution document and describe/sell chosen solution.
Understand business process management and business requirements of internal and external clients for order management systems.
Engage in activities to support and maintain current systems, including issue management, user acceptance testing, communication, and change management.
Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, and enhancements
Systematic updating and creation of system documentation, business process documentation, and end user documentation.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
