Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Support the supply chain team in planning, monitoring, and coordinating the movement of materials and finished goods. Assist in preparing purchase orders, delivery schedules, and related shipping or customs documents. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries. Track shipment status and follow up on any delays or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and delivery notes. Prepare reports and update the system with incoming and outgoing goods. Support cost control initiatives and assist in identifying process improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement, logistics, and documentation. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an added advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
