We are hiring Supply Chain (Commercial Officer) for MNC! \xf0\x9f\x91\x8b\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbb

• JOB DETAILS \xe2\x80\xa2

\xe2\x9c\x94Company Industry: Construction
\xe2\x9c\x94Working Duration: 3 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Temporary, extension is possible)
\xe2\x9c\x94Working Location: Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
\xe2\x9c\x94Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
\xe2\x9c\x94Salary: Basic up to RM3000 (Based on qualification + experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement

• KEY REPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2

\xe2\x9c\x94Manage all aspects of the commercial process from initial contact to sales \'close\' for selected projects determined either by revenue size, client type, project type, tasks include.
\xe2\x9c\x94Enter orders after material list was handed by engineering.
\xe2\x9c\x94Ensure sales are recorded and monitored in line with agreed processes.
\xe2\x9c\x94Ensure invoice are recorded and billed accordingly and in a timely way.

• REQUIREMENT \xe2\x80\xa2

\xe2\x9c\x94At least a Diploma in Finance or supply chain or quantity surveying.
\xe2\x9c\x94Minimum 2 years\' hands-on experience on commercial/ invoicing/logistics.
\xe2\x9c\x94Proficiency in Excel and IT system.
\xe2\x9c\x94Able to work independently and as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
\xe2\x9c\x94Good proficiency in English. Mandarin will be an advantage.
