• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Ability to speak and write in Chinese to communicate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work with data in Excel or other tools (basic data entry and analysis).
• Good communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
• Enthusiasm for solving problems and improving processes.

ResponsibilitiesJoin our fast-growing team as a Supply Chain and Data Executive and enjoy great rewards for high performance. You\'ll support supply chain functions like order management, supplier coordination, logistics, and data analysis. This role offers a dynamic environment with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and collaborate across various departments.Supporting Demand and Supply Planning:

• Help analyze sales and demand forecasts to understand what products are needed.
• Assist in creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs) based on company needs.
• Track orders and delivery schedules to ensure products arrive on time.
• Learn about pricing and help find ways to reduce costs.

Assisting with Supplier and Product Management:

• Keep track of product information like prices, order quantities, and delivery times.
• Work with suppliers to resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery.
• Help find and communicate with suppliers to source new products.
• Support the team with understanding market trends and product details.

Helping with Logistics and Fulfillment:

• Monitor the performance of delivery partners and warehouses to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in building relationships with delivery partners and resolving any operational issues.
• Help negotiate better shipping rates and find ways to save on delivery costs.

Data Entry and Analysis Support:

• Ensure data is accurate and organized, keeping it up to date in the company\'s systems.
• Help maintain different types of data, such as sales records and product details.
• Assist in analyzing data to provide simple reports and insights for the team.
