Position: Supply Chain Executive Salary Up to RM3500 Location: Shah Alam s:

Sales support for daily operational activities.
Monitor and follow up on demurrage/detention issues on every shipment handled as well as source for freight rates.
Assist in handling documentation and shipping arrangements (inwards and outwards)
Main duties include liaising with shipping companies, transportation companies and internal Departments to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods
Must also be able to work closely with the sales team, ensure smooth delivery
Communicate with logistics party to ensure smooth operation
Follow up with logistics company regarding delivery order status/progress
Collect, analyse and evaluate transportation fee
Some task needed to involve or deal with others dept
Assist superior in any ad-hoc task

Requirements:

Minimum diploma education level in any relevant business background
Good command of Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia and any local dialect as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking colleagues
Ability to work extra hours if required
Attentive, Passionate, hard worker, well-organized professional and multitask personality as value added
Can work well in a fast-paced environment
