Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and coordinating the operations of the Supply Chain functions.
Work closely with all departments and in support of the Sales function.
Handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries on stock availability, delivery date and etc.
Prompt accurate customers\xe2\x80\x99 order processing and timely acknowledgement of customers\xe2\x80\x99 PO.
Shipment monitoring, coordination, payment and collection documents.
Coordinate with related parties on shipping issues to ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure customers\xe2\x80\x99 delivery requirement are met accordingly.
Ensure all documentation inclusive of COA, SDS, DO, Invoice and packing lists are all in order for customers\xe2\x80\x99 delivery.
Perform data entry and update relevant data / information into company inventory system and SAP.

Skills and Knowledge:

A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma in supply chain or any related disciplines.
At least 2 years of working experience in shipping industry or any related field.
Working knowledge of shipping protocol or import/export procedures is an advantage.
Positive attitude, polite and cheerful character.
