The main purpose of this role is to ensure inventory and logistics matters / processes is sustained for smooth operations. This is an office-based role that requires excellent attendance and punctuality is essential. You are expected to be:

  • To drive, follow up and expedite both import and export activities including custom clearance, shipping document preparation and permit application.
  • Responsible for inventory management, inventory movement, stock counting, stock control and other related pertaining to inventory
  • Delivery time and transportation cost survey for recommendation of the most timely yet cost effective option.
  • Update all documents relating with stock movement.
  • Perform all assigned logistical task accurately which include timely processing of goods loading, un-loading, receiving, issuing, labelling, sorting, picking & repacking.
  • Coordinates the delivery and pick up schedule.
  • Produce monthly inventory level and movement report.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superior
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • Diploma in Operations, Logistics management or other related field
  • 2 years of experience in inventory and logistics management is preferred.
  • Computer literate mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is an added advantage
  • Malaysian ONLY
