About our Client

Our client is a multinational company and one of the leading manufacturers in industrial products powering manufacturing sectors in close to 200 countries. They are currently expanding and is looking for experienced supply chain professionals to join them as a Supply Chain Executive.

Job Responsibilities

• Full fledge supply chain involving execution of stock replenishment, sales order processing, purchases of equipment and parts and shipping function
• Maintenance of data file in stock control module
• Attending Customer/reseller enquiries of supply matters, follow up on delivery status with communication with internal stakeholders for equipment and parts.
• Coordinate with Sales and credit control on credit checks before delivery
• Perform purchasing and shipping functions
• Liaise with forwarders for incoming orders and exports to ensure timely shipment bookings and delivery
• Verify accuracy of shipping related documents
• Monitor inventory holding levels to achieve inventory and COGS targets
• Related ad-hoc activities within supply chain

Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree in related disciplines in supply chain/logistics/business administration
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in supply chain or procurement
• Mandatory experience in full fledge supply chain related role preferably within manufacturing set ups
• Fluent written and verbal communications in English
• SAP knowledge is an added advantage
• Able to cope with a high volume transaction environment
