Required language (s) : Necessarily able to converse in local dialects, good in spoken & written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fluent in Mandarin communication is advantage
Pro - active, responsible for deadline, task-oriented, self disciplined and good team spirit to work in a work place with a diverse culture.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge on warehouse and operation.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Logistic, Supply Chain by ensuring optimum and uninterrupted supply to customers on time.
Assist for stock planning analysis, purchasing and inventory control.
Work closely with cross departments and suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, possess outgoing personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Handle and attend enquiries, feedback, complaints of walk-in or call-in customer professionally.
Provide support in audit for inventory & batch traceability.
Ability to define problems, collect data, provide effective management information and reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned.
