JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor shipments and backorders from source and reconcile orders within the required turnaround time.
  • Timely Goods Receipt and Billing and send invoices to distributors and customers.
  • Engage with distributors and suppliers in issues/discrepancy and provide resolution.
  • Perform service contract maintanence and billing.
  • Assit with audits and ensure compliance.
  • Timely creation of item master into system to avoid delay in placing orders.
  • Maintain and update necessary database in the system for easy tracking and audit purposes.
  • Assist with Post Shipment Checklist and update GDS.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the supply chain (Experienced supply chain/ warehouse working experience will be added advantages)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
