Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor shipments and backorders from source and reconcile orders within the required turnaround time.
- Timely Goods Receipt and Billing and send invoices to distributors and customers.
- Engage with distributors and suppliers in issues/discrepancy and provide resolution.
- Perform service contract maintanence and billing.
- Assit with audits and ensure compliance.
- Timely creation of item master into system to avoid delay in placing orders.
- Maintain and update necessary database in the system for easy tracking and audit purposes.
- Assist with Post Shipment Checklist and update GDS.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the supply chain (Experienced supply chain/ warehouse working experience will be added advantages)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
