Job Description

Brief : Establish and maintain logistic planning task. Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation and logistics providers. Track and analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements. Develop and implement logistics strategies to support company objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for transportation and logistics operations (focusing in India, Middle East and Asia region). Resolve any issues or delays in logistics operations to minimize disruptions. Liase with customs for any documentation submission. Ensure accurate custom declaration, where applicable. Collaborate with suppliers to source materials, negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Business Administration, or any related field. Relevant Working Experience: At least 3 years\' working experience in procurement, logistics, distributions and supply chain planning. Added benefit if have working experience in medical device manufacturing industry. Special Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills. Attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in logistics operations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
