Job Description

Salary : RM2,800 per month
Location: Centrepoint North Tower, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Working days & hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)Contract duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (potential for convert to permanent subject to performance)Essential Job Responsibilities:
Assist with PV responsibiltities, which may include:

• Performance of safety information reporting, tracking, forwarding and reconciliation activities.
• Support PV training activities, which may include preparation of training materials, scheduling training session.
• Support quality document/SOP control, maintenance, and records archiving.
• Support PV project management activities.
• Support audit, inspection at affiliate.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Assist with QA responsibilities, which may include:

• Support QA training activities, which may include preparation of training materials, scheduling training sessions.
• Support batch release activity according to standard procedures.
• Track and monitor Product complaint, deviation records and QA performance metrics.
• Support quality documents/SOP control, maintenance, and records archiving.

Assist with Supply Chain responsbilities, which may include:

• Perform daily tasks such as AMY Backorder release and SINAL PIM Sheet update (Master List).

Support incoming shipments flow and coordinate with external stake holder.Forwarders/Distributor

• Support BTT Monthly stock planning transfer to EM
• Support redressing stock KKM/sample conversion
• Track and update the wholesales record update.
• Support pricing and bonus update and maintenance.

Minimum requirement

• Degree or undergrad in related fields.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• English conversational and business English
• Professional and good communication skills, both in writing and speaking
• Financial analysis skills, coupled with ability to communicate meaning from data
• Teamwork and partner behaviors
• Organized and detailed oriented

Minimum Experience

• Knowledge of accounting and internal control standards
• Knowledge of Microsoft word, PowerPoint skills and Excel
