Job Description

Data Analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyze data related to inventory, demand forecasting, and supplier performance. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory. Order Processing: Assist in preparing and verifying purchase orders and ensure timely communication with suppliers. Supplier Coordination: Support supplier relationship management by tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining strong communication. Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating the movement of goods and optimizing logistics processes. Demand Forecasting: Contribute to forecasting activities to align inventory with customer demand. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including invoices, shipping documents, and contracts. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to streamline supply chain operations and reduce costs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. Technology Utilization: Gain hands-on experience with supply chain software and analytical tools. Problem-Solving: Support in resolving supply chain challenges and developing effective solutions. Learning & Development: Build knowledge across supply chain management functions through active participation and mentorship.
