Research and contact suppliers based on company needs. Request, collect, and compare quOtation. Assist in the full purchasing process (PR issuance, order tracking, delivery follow-up). Maintain supplier lists, quotation records, and sourcing files. Support supplier onboarding and basic documentation checks. Handle admin tasks such as filing, invoice checking, and payment tracking. Work with internal teams to understand their purchasing requirements. Assist in improving procurement processes and reporting.

Job Requirement



Student or fresh graduate in business, supply chain, procurement, logistics or related field. Able to use Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, data sorting). Good communication and negotiation skills. Organized, detail oriented, and responsible. Able to work independently and willing to learn. Fluent in Mandarin and English (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers)
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM900.00 per month

Work Location: In person
