Description
- New vendor registration / re-activation vendor
- Liaise with vendor to get quotation
- Handling PO, DO, invoice
- Verify, document, filing, record for vendor invoices
- POD verification from logistics service providers
- Collect & record complaints from stakeholder towards 3PL/warehouse service provider
- Provide inventory report for management review
- Inventory management (Good Receiving, Good Issue, Transfer Posting, Stock Adjustment)
- Good Issue for Delivery Order and related process
- follow up inbound stocks, ensure Good Receive entry perform correctly in SAP
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Candidate required travel to Shah Alam warehouse for meeting occasionally
- Must possess with own transport
