Description

  • New vendor registration / re-activation vendor
  • Liaise with vendor to get quotation
  • Handling PO, DO, invoice
  • Verify, document, filing, record for vendor invoices
  • POD verification from logistics service providers
  • Collect & record complaints from stakeholder towards 3PL/warehouse service provider
  • Provide inventory report for management review
  • Inventory management (Good Receiving, Good Issue, Transfer Posting, Stock Adjustment)
  • Good Issue for Delivery Order and related process
  • follow up inbound stocks, ensure Good Receive entry perform correctly in SAP
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Candidate required travel to Shah Alam warehouse for meeting occasionally
  • Must possess with own transport
