This role responsible to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, this role required to lead initiatives to enhance procurement processes and tools.
The Supply Chain Manager oversees and optimizes the supply chain operations for multiple resort locations across Southeast Asia.
This role involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating logistics, implementing process improvements, and ensuring that service levels are met to support the smooth operation of the resorts.
Service Level Management:
Ensure agreed service levels with suppliers in terms of supply, availability, and stock levels to support optimal resort operations.
Project Coordination:
Lead SSC projects in Southeast Asia, including training and managing a team of procurement officers and forecasters. Oversee the full implementation and adherence to project guidelines.
Logistics Support:
Provide logistical support to resorts, ensuring efficient supply chain processes and addressing any operational issues.
Change Management:
Support resorts in managing change, facilitating smooth transitions and adoption of new systems or processes.
Process Standardization:
Standardize processes and best practices within the team and resorts to promote consistency and efficiency.
Operating Agreements:
Establish and ensure compliance with operating agreements, ensuring all parties adhere to the agreed terms.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Manage and control relationships with suppliers in collaboration with management and Purchasing teams.
Main Contact:
Act as the primary contact for resorts and office departments regarding all supply chain matters within the scope.
Performance Reviews:
Organize and conduct reviews of performance, procurement, logistics, and operational management.
System Deployment:
Coordinate the deployment of procurement tools (e.g., Coupa) in the region, acting as a Master Trainer, and ensure effective communication and full application within resorts.

Proficiency in English communication.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stress and work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in process improvement for new procurement tools.
Regional exposure is an added advantage.
Based in Malaysia with regular international travel (50%-70% of the time).
