The Supply Chain Manager will be the focal point for overall end to end supply chain activities including demand planning, inventory control, customer service, warehousing, logistics and distribution. This person will be working closely with the leadership team to help drive growth of the company. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:
- Constantly look for cost savings for overall operations of the business.
- To monitor and suggest processes to improve efficiency for all SC related dept.
- Work closely and maintain good relationship with internal clients and external vendors.
- Leading the team of logistics, planning and warehouse.
- Overseeing, negotiate and observe the 3PL vendors
- To ensure team are well equip with organisation culture and technical knowledge
- Manage the budget for overall
- To ensure safety is always on high priority within the team and all actions taken.
- To drive the system for the team (WMS)
- At least Degree in Supply Chain and any other related field
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing setting
- Great understand of WMS
- Experience in leading a team
- Good communication and problem solving skill
