A multinational consumer goods manufacturing company looking for a Supply Chain Manager, based in Perak. Your new company You will be joining a multinational company specializing in production and distribution of consumer goods. They are looking for an experienced Supply Chain leader to spearhead the function in their manufacturing plant in Perak. Your new role You will be leading the end to end supply chain process from material & production planning, inventory management, logistics, warehousing and customer service. You will be working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure optimised usage of resources to fulfil customers\' demand within given timeline. You will be responsible for production scheduling and material requirements planning ensure an uninterrupted production of finished goods. You will be in charged of developing supply chain operation strategy considering Customer Service Level, On-Time delivery, Production lead time, inventory level as well as logistics and warehousing cost. What you\'ll need to succeed A successful candidate for this role should have: Experience in Supply Chain Planning and Logistics management from FMCG manufacturing background. Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong technical knowledge and experience with analytical tools will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of manufacturing/production process. Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
