A Supply Chain Manager in Perak for a multinational manufacturing company. Your new company You will be joining a European based company, who is a growth-oriented market leader in their particular manufacturing industry. With the restructuring of their Supply Chain department, they are looking for a capable leader to lead the end-to-end Supply Chain functions. Your new role You will be responsible to develop the Supply Chain team in all areas: Procurement & Purchasing, Planning, Order management, Logistics, and Warehouse Management. You are the leader to implement and conduct process improvement and projects within Supply Chain organization to continuously optimize costs, delivery performance and inventories. You will work closely with regional and Group Supply Chain team to ensure alignment on global process and supply chain strategy. You are also responsible to develop a team of Supply Chain personal to become a high-performing team at world-class level. What you\'ll need to succeed Your previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing industry will lead to your success, as will: A background in a Supply Chain Management role. Experienced in process improvement in Supply Chain with track records. Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams. Mandarin speaking and writing ability to ease communication with major stakeholders from China.
