Job Responsibility To issue purchase order to supplier. To assist in managing enquiries and to follow up with Suppliers/ Mills To Handling import shipments; liaise with supplier and shipping department on documentation required for import clearance matters. To assist in monitoring & follow up lead time from Suppliers and convey respective lead time to Sales Personnel To communicate with suppliers before shipment and make sure accuracy of order size, quantity and etc with full documentation. To planning shipment and lower on freight cost, fulfil container tonnage or negotiation with better freight from suppliers. To make sure Supplier material cert results is fulfil Malaysia SIRIM standard. To maintain good relationship with vendors with all fairness and make sure proper claim process is in place for defective materials. To update Stock report to BUH and Sales. To perform any task as assigned by the superior from time to time. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM. Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent in related field is an advantage. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in related field will be an advantage.. Required Skill(s): MS Office 365, Outlook, Software eg AutoCount Ability to converse multilingual in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an advantage (International Suppliers) Working Location : Johor Bahru Ability to keep sensitive information private and confidential.
