Manage 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring process efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with FTZ/customs guidelines.
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, selecting shipping modes and handling documentation for timely delivery.
Ensure trade compliance, applying FTA rules and liaising with customs and regulatory authorities.
Collaborate with freight forwarders for Dangerous Goods handling per IATA standards.
Provide administrative support including SAP transactions, shipment updates, cost estimation, and 3PL KPI monitoring.
Support audits, stocktakes, and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain operations.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
