? Review customer order requirements, plan and track delivery and production schedules so as to meet customer order requirements.
? Track customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction performances and report to management
? Maintain adequate records of customer related processes
? To liaison with purchasing and production on products and materials required.
? To plan for raw materials planning, follow up with supplier on shipment date
? To activate delivery by generates shipping documents for Logistics.
? To perform custom declaration, exemption application, exemption tracking and monthly reports.
We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to the nature of our client base.
