Job Description

The Position

Job Purpose:

Responsible for supporting supply chain planning, forecasting and liaising with the Distributor and freight forwarders on logistics matters.

Provide functional and administrative support to the Supply Chain team to ensure availability of inventory/Materials to meet forecast demand and for any business plans/projects.

Required to collaborate with both internal and external cross-functional team members, as well as with external stakeholders.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

Consolidate monthly reports required for supply chain planning and financial reporting

Liaise with the Distributor on matters pertaining to incoming and outgoing inventory

Administration and maintenance of SAP Master Data for inventory planning

Perform monthly stock reconciliations with the Distributor

Support stock takes at the Distributor

Other supply chain tasks as required

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as required by the business, including improvement projects

Job Requirements:

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Possessed MNC experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus

Prior knowledge of SAP / other ERP systems will be advantageous

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Visio/Lucid Charts is an advantage too

Able to accept 1-Year contract basis
