The Position

Deliver innovations in supply chain

\xe2\x97\x8f Accountable for delivering innovative Pharma Technical Operations (PT) solutions that are customized by customer segmentation.

\xe2\x97\x8f Partner with Key Account Pods to identify and define customer segmentation approaches.

\xe2\x97\x8f Deeply understand the external environment (healthcare setup, regulation, providers) and customer / patient segments and needs.

\xe2\x97\x8f Co-create with stakeholders to translate insights into business opportunities, by designing and implementing supply chain solutions.

\xe2\x97\x8f Benchmark to understand market trends and new technologies.

\xe2\x97\x8f Understand Roche\xe2\x80\x99s future pipeline and build capabilities in the Affiliate to support launch success.

Finished Goods forecast

\xe2\x97\x8f Accountable for the 0-12M Finished Goods volume forecast leveraging on predictive analytics and insights and SC O2C process.

\xe2\x97\x8f Understand future demand by identifying significant demand events in the next 12 months and by developing knowledge on market dynamics of key products.

\xe2\x97\x8f Drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with key Affiliate stakeholders to translate business insights & requirements into the operational business plan in alignment with the Event Driven Planning (EDP) to ensure supply availability for our customers and patients.

\xe2\x97\x8f Gather market information on reimbursements, government and policy, biosimilar impacts and translate this into forecast insights.

\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor sales vs volume forecast performance to optimize CDI.

Additional accountabilities

\xe2\x97\x8f Lead the market assessment and strategies response with PJsP & HSPs in the event of supply issues escalation.

\xe2\x97\x8f Support the Logistics team to ensure cohesiveness in supply chain strategies.

\xe2\x97\x8f Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as required by business.

\xe2\x97\x8f Sound professional experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industry. \xe2\x97\x8f Understands the basic concept of market dynamics and business planning.

\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
