Job Description

The role supervises indoor operations, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to support branch sales operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure operations run efficiently and in compliance with company procedures. Ensure timely replenishment of stock and proper coordination between departments to support sales and customer delivery requirements. Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring goods are properly received, stored, and dispatched according to SOPs. Review delivery schedules and monitor route planning to ensure on-time and complete deliveries. Evaluate and report on supplier performance, logistics efficiency, and warehouse productivity. Enforce discipline, provide guidance, and conduct regular coaching for operations staff to maintain high performance and accountability. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, escalating major issues to management when necessary. Review and verify all operational documentation, including purchase orders, DOs, and stock records, before submission to management. Prepare and present weekly operational and performance reports to management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations (preferably in the building materials industry). Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Possesses a leadership mindset, is well-organized, and able to perform effectively under pressure. Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting System.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
