Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Operations Management:

Supervise daily logistics, warehouse, inventory (stock levels, accuracy, replenishment), and distribution activities.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, schedule, and mentor supply chain staff; handle personnel issues and performance.

Procurement Oversight:

Manage purchasing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor performance to ensure quality and cost control.

Process Improvement:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service, often involving IT systems (ERP).

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with internal departments (production, sales) and external partners (suppliers, carriers).

Data & Reporting:

Analyze supply chain data, monitor performance metrics, and generate reports.

Problem Solving:

Address disruptions, delays, quality issues, and manage emergency orders
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
