Job Description

This position leads delivery from LitePoint\xe2\x80\x99s contract manufacturers in Malaysia. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the electronics manufacturing and supply chain processes. Heavy hands-on coordinating leadership is essential with individuals spanning multiple functional areas within LitePoint, the contract manufacturer, and raw material suppliers.
Key aspects include:

• 
  Owns product delivery and is able to overcome and drive any issues that may arise from the CM process, product, capacity, materials supply chain, or any other logistical issues coming in the way of meeting customer demand.
• Oversees contract manufacturers\xe2\x80\x99 MRP load and timely purchase order placements.
• Collaborates with CM and the LitePoint commodity managers to achieve best possible supply terms, i.e. the cost, safety stocks flexibilities, none to minimum liability arrangements, and so on.
• Ensure needed capacity in place and manage issues involving test stations that include high frequency instruments, as well as proprietary test fixtures.
• Ability to lead a team of support personnel.
• Requires ability to step into other supply chain issues, i.e. qualifying alternate local/overseas manufacturing solutions and or managing critical component partners.

• Seasoned individual with 12-15 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing Management.
• M.S. in a business/technical field.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with strong logic and analytical problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task activities, set priorities, and adhere to schedules in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Management of Contract Manufacturers. Able to negotiate and close on legal contracts.
• Experience with high frequency electronic components is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills (i.e. cost modeling, quotation analysis, capacity management).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Well versed in information technology applications (MS Office applications).
• Ability to be innovative in issues related to strategic processes, CM relations, quality assurance and the associated measurement systems.
