Oversee procurement, materials planning, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management for semiconductor operations in Singapore and Malaysia.
Lead and develop multi-site materials teams to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and compliant material availability.
Drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and continuous cost-improvement initiatives.
Manage demand forecasting, purchasing, and inventory optimization to support production and customer fulfillment.
Implement supply chain KPIs, supplier scorecards, and operational excellence practices.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to align material strategies with business and financial goals.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, sustainability requirements, and regulatory compliance.
