Manage procurement of required SKUs with suppliers (intercompany and 3rd party) to support AOS health, on time delivery and inventory targets.
3rd Party Supplier Management: quarterly lead time review, supplier OTD and supplier follow up on open POs.
Partner with distribution centers (DC) for inbound error resolution.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of product to DC.
Update standard work.
To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
SAP Skills (MM Module) preferred.
Commercial acumen combined with a strong desire to provide customer satisfaction.
Supplier management experience and supply chain experience.
Positive mindset & actively encourages other team members.
Ideally, you will have experience in:
Advanced Analytical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Python, to analyze supply chain data and make informed decisions
Project Management:
Experience in managing supply chain projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure timely and efficient delivery
Forecasting and Planning:
Expertise in demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer demand.
