Job Profile Summary

Responsible for supporting supply chain operations through coordinating supply optimization, using basic analytical capabilities to assist with planning and product availability, and development of continuous improvement opportunities to assist efforts to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products.

KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:

• Replenishment plan of raw materials for manufacturing need that meets the production plan.
• Replenishment plan of finished goods from multiple sources (i.e. local manufactured/contract manufactured/local purchased/imported) to meet the supply continuity and service delivery to domestic and export customer.
• Lead and coordinate New products Launch, Tender activities, Product and Cost Competitiveness
• Initiatives from end to end to ensure smooth transition as per agreed timeline with minimal leftover material and disposal cost.
• Responsible for product lifecycle management in terms of gate keeper for product registration process and master data maintenance to ensure system database hygiene.
• Play a vital role in inventory management which includes SLOB management, S&OP process and optimisation of inventory to meet dynamic demand

EXPEDTED REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Have a strong analytic skill, communication skills with planning experience
• Have an effective collaboration with raw material suppliers, procurement, supply chain stakeholders & etc.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Supply Chain.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning in consumer goods will be an advantage
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or any related field.
