Provide IT systems support services across the organization.
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to all staff with hardware and/or application related issues, via escalations from the Service Desk, phone, email or in person.
Provision of IT devices & services, diagnose and resolve IT incidents, requests, tasks and problems.
Install, configure, and maintain workstations hardware and software (Operating system and Applications such as Windows 10, Office 365, Teams.
Work with the IT Operations team to support normal operations and/or make changes/upgrades.
Assist with the setup of meeting presentations and video-conferencing calls and another IT equipment.
Document standards and follow procedures.
Update IT asset.
Tickets/Incidents are acknowledged on time and business user expectation are set and kept up to date on their ticket progress. Incidents are properly updated with all relevant information.
Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries to ensure that service level standards are exceeded.
Managing/liaising with IT vendors.
