The Support Engineer will provide technical support and maintenance for Hospital Information System, ensuring smooth operations of clinical and administrative applications. This role is critical in maintaining uptime, resolving issues promptly, and supporting healthcare staff in delivering patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first technical support for hospital IT systems and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Hospital Information System, network connectivity, and user accounts.
Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to the HATI's second level support team or related third party vendors.
Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain accurate support logs.
Collaborate with the Hospital IT and clinical teams to ensure compliance with hospital standards and data security.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely support during emergencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration (healthcare experience preferred).
Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), or similar applications is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support medical staff effectively.
Applicants must have their own transportation.
