Job Description


The Role Responsibilities

Strategy

This role is to support Fraud application. Responsibility is to keep application healthy which include follow

  • System monitoring; eg: system health check, capacity monitoring.
  • Check on business query, this could come from customer complaint or user.
  • Conduct review on system documentation such as DR plan, capacity plan, etc.
  • Support project release. This includes review implementation plan, provide feedback or review from stability angle, hygiene factor and execute implementation plan as agreed.
  • Production break and fix.
  • Performance tuning and improving supportability or sustainability of system.
  • Comply to code of conduct and organizations policy.
  • Manage audit and risk related item for application supported.
  • Prepare and review documentations such as OLA, SLA, ASRM, DR Plan, etc.
Business
  • Understand business function.
  • Review and process business request.
  • Troubleshoot and apply fixes to issue reported by business.
  • Support project release or interfacing application release.
Processes
  • Adhere to incident, problem, change management process. Has to follow other process in the organization as well.
People and Talent
  • Strong troubleshooting skill and able to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrate good team spirit. We are a small team, has to work with each team member to achieve high performance.
  • Good communication skill requires. Need to collaborate with various team aside from own team member. Need to explain requirement clearly and what is expected out of the collaboration.
  • Job may require long working hour on certain occasion such as project release, DR Drill and major incident.
Risk Management
  • Comply with Risk and security management policy.
Governance
  • Ensure application stability. Review and put in improvement for application for better and easier supportability. Example capacity management and security control.

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.   • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.
