The Role Responsibilities Strategy This role is to support Fraud application. Responsibility is to keep application healthy which include follow System monitoring eg: system health check, capacity monitoring. Check on business query, this could come from customer complaint or user. Conduct review on system documentation such as DR plan, capacity plan, etc. Support project release. This includes review implementation plan, provide feedback or review from stability angle, hygiene factor and execute implementation plan as agreed. Production break and fix. Performance tuning and improving supportability or sustainability of system. Comply to code of conduct and organizations policy. Manage audit and risk related item for application supported. Prepare and review documentations such as OLA, SLA, ASRM, DR Plan, etc. Business Understand business function. Review and process business request. Troubleshoot and apply fixes to issue reported by business. Support project release or interfacing application release. Processes Adhere to incident, problem, change management process. Has to follow other process in the organization as well. People and Talent Strong troubleshooting skill and able to work under pressure. Demonstrate good team spirit. We are a small team, has to work with each team member to achieve high performance. Good communication skill requires. Need to collaborate with various team aside from own team member. Need to explain requirement clearly and what is expected out of the collaboration. Job may require long working hour on certain occasion such as project release, DR Drill and major incident. Risk Management Comply with Risk and security management policy. Governance Ensure application stability. Review and put in improvement for application for better and easier supportability. Example capacity management and security control. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct.
