Support System Engineer

s:
1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems and networks.
2. Provide client support and technical issue resolution.
3. Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
4. Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure problem is completely resolved.
6. Provide product and system wide knowledge.
7. Propose solutions and prepare proposals.
8. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum requirement Degree holder, preferably IT or related field.
2. Strong command of English (spoken and written) is a must and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
3. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
4. Preferably minimum 2 years of working experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Putrajaya (62300): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
