Job Description
:
- Responsible for all survey work at site.
- To liaise and coordinate among contractors and consultants to ensure accuracy of survey data, measurement and calculation.
- Provide survey reports and liaise with the local authority / registered land surveyor.
- Prepare survey as built drawings, record survey related data, construction setting out, leveling etc.
- Monitor and Co-Ordinate with sub-contractors on survey related matter to ensure accuracy and correctness.
- Assist quantity surveyor in measurement exercises at site.
- Able to operate major brands of survey equipment ( Total station & Auto level ) Organized, analytical, meticulous with positive working attitude.
- Liaise with authorities, clients and consultants regarding survey related work.
- Require skill - Auto CAD & Operate total station. Able to interact with Sub-Contractor, Consultant.
- Preferred Male candidate , can communicate with mandarin will be advantage.
- With experience in Steel Structures Construction will be given priority.
- Process Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Surveyor or equivalent.
- At least 3 Years or above working experience in related field.
- Prefer with steel structure construction management experience
- Understand the construction drawing
