Job Responsibility Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting sushi products, answering queries, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Sales and Recommendations: Introducing various types of sushi and ingredients to customers, recommending specialty items, and actively contributing to sales. Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing sushi product inventory, ensuring freshness, and assisting in inventory checks and restocking. Cash Handling: Handling transactions, processing payments accurately, and ensuring proper accounting at the point of sale. Store Maintenance: Keeping the store clean, organized, and ensuring proper product display. Assisting Sales Initiatives: Participating in promotional events, sales, or marketing activities to attract customers and boost sales. Adherence to Hygiene Standards: Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards within the store. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth store operations and cohesive teamwork.
