Why does this job exist and why is it critical Why does this job exist and why is it critical Provide support in running root cause analysis and solutioning for problems identified in Fiber Factory Work with FPO (Fibre Program Office) leads to manage related project requirements and deliver actionable items Proactively understand key issues across working teams, investigate and identify areas for improvement What are you accountable for Reports to FPO Leads to support the acceleration of Fiber deployment Positioned as shared resource within the FPOand will be grouped into taskforces for most pressing topics related to fiber rollout (including Planning, Deployment, Vendor Management and Go-to-Market) Provide support in running root cause analysis and solutioning for problems identified in Fiber Factory Consolidate key escalations from working teams and provide concise summaries to FPO leads Work with FPO leads to manage related project requirements and deliver actionable items Gather data sources to prioritize reporting and analytical requirements, including monitoring critical metrics and KPIs Proactively understand key issues across working teams, investigate and identify areas for improvement What do you need to have for this role Must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with analytical tools and techniques (e.g. quantitative analysis) Demonstrated problem solving skills and high degree of analytical rigor Ability to clearly articulate business needs or problems and identify clear solutions Ability to initiate and drive projects quickly to completion with little guidance What\'s next Once you\'ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
