Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology/Systems/Computer Science or relevant field of study
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Will be working under supervision but should be able to work independently, self-motivated and proactive
• Good team player and able to work and collaborate with colleagues and external vendors
• Competent in problem investigation, troubleshooting and solution deployment skills
• Must be able to be on stand-by after office hours, public holidays and week-ends for critical/emergency production support
• Possess own transport
• May need to travel to different branches of the company and various customer sites
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge in Mac/Linux/Unix Servers are added advantages
• Good understanding of networking, security, Windows and Azure technology
• At least 2 years hands-on working experience as a Windows Server System Administrator, including related services mentioned in job description, with preference in Azure SAAS management
• Fresh graduates whom possesses such knowledge and willing to learn are also welcome to apply for the Junior position.

Tanggungjawab

• Need to collaborate and coordinate with our application and sales consultants
• System Administration of Internal & External Servers
• Management of the SQL databases installed in the servers
• Management of the followings services and servers: Active Directory, MS-HyperV, VPN, VMWare, etc
• Manage daily backup operations & files are sent offsite
• Responsible for the performance monitoring, optimization, capacity planning, patch management, server/systems real-time replication, and security administration of the servers
• Plan and execute Disaster Recovery Plan
• Recommend continuous improvements and enhancements of performance, reliability, security and recoverability of servers
• Research and recommend innovative, efficient and effective automated processes for system administration tasks
• Deal with External vendors and manage users & services for External servers
• Operational management of the SAAS infra, with the ability to provide automation for most operational duties
• Network management
• Security Monitoring and control
• Business Continuity Planning
