• Troubleshoot and Optimize: You will closely monitor system and network performance, identifying and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless operations. Your contributions will enhance the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
• Database Expertise: Showcase your skills in planning and executing database upgrades, migrations, and modernizations, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our data management practices.
• Collaborate and Build Relationships: Your role will involve liaising with vendors/customers on hardware, operating system, storage, and network setup, strengthening our partnerships and optimizing our technology stack.
• Make an Impact: Take the lead in the deployment of our company\'s software products, ensuring our clients receive top-notch solutions to their IT needs.
• Documentation and Organization: Help maintain up-to-date records and documentation of hardware and software, making vital information easily accessible and contributing to our overall efficiency.

; Requirements: -

• Possess a Degree in Engineering, Technology in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field, demonstrating your solid foundation in IT principles.
• 3 years\' experience in related fields, bringing valuable insights and expertise to our team.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of databases, networks, hardware, system security, and system backup/recovery. Familiarity with AWS cloud administration is a plus.
• Good communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
