ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Xsolla team is looking for a System Administrator to join our IT team. We need a professional who will provide technical support and consultations for employees and our organization. The ideal candidate will design, organize, and modify the company's computer systems. This individual will evaluate and assess systems to ensure they are operating effectively. Based on assessments, this individual will harness collected knowledge and make adjustments to existing systems.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Installation and configuration of software
-Technical support for events, maintenance of multimedia equipment, office equipment, maintenance of the KL office local network
-Telephony setup and maintenance (Asterisk)
-Internal documentation and reporting

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Experience with Google services (Google Workspace)
-Jira and Confluence advanced user
-Experience with Linux based OS at the level of a advanced user,
-Experience with server and network equipment.
-Knowledge of MacOS and the Apple product line at the level of an advanced user.
-Social skills and ability to work in a team and communicate with people

EXTRA SKILLS THAT ARE VALUABLE:
-Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software problems
-Knowledge of basic network protocols and services: DHCP, DNS, TCP / IP, NAT, VPN
-Ability to work with Asterisk.
-Knowledge of Windows Server (Administrator level).
-Practical knowledge with systems such as ServiceDesk
