Job Responsibilities:

1)Administration

• To ensure all licensed software is properly managed and deployed in a timely manner.
• To monitor and track the usage of all licensed software.
• Assist with creation for IT related documents.
• Managed Network, Security and AD within the office environment.
• Manage Virtual Environment and Storage2)Security

• To ensure studio\'s software is free from any unlicensed software, plugins or apps
• To ensure all licensed software and credentials is secured
• To keep all software and OS are up to date
• To ensure security patches and updates is constantly deployed
• To monitor the network and users to avoid attacks and vulnerability 3)Business continuity

• Managing license server and ensuring continuity plans should a disaster happen
• To constantly improve and speed up production processes. 4)Research and Evaluation

• To keep SLA ahead in terms of technologies and processes
• Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve productivity and security

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma/Bachelor\'s degree/ Post graduate diploma/ professional degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent

• 8 year(s) and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• A senior executive specializes in IT/Computer Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent

• Related experience and knowledge of networking and troubleshooting internet is preferred

• Knowledge of LAN hardware and software management

• Experience in PC troubleshooting, firewall, networking equipment, Active Directory and Animation software

• Aggressive, self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision

• Candidate must be willing to travel to site offices for IT matters
