RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to the below: )

Develop new functionality for existing computer systems
Participate in fuctional testing , quality assurance , user acceptance testing (UAT) , system integration testing and performance / stress testing.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements with value realization.
Work closely with technical delivery team to produce functional specification based on stakeholders\' requirement.
Research hardware and software technologies to decide if they offer improvements.
Conduct meetings and effectively , communicate your insights, ideas, plan to cross functional team members and management.
Conduct meetings and gather critical critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
Select and install new software and hardware systems
Oversee new system installation and setup, and customize them for business needs
Coordinate and implement systems, monitor performance and provide continuous support thereafter
Work closely with internal/external customers, programmers, department heads and colleagues to meet IT needs and requirements at all time
Train end users and write instruction manuals as necessary
