Job Description

Ezyhaul is looking for a IT Analyst who will be conducting systems analysis, writing business requirements, and supporting enhancements existing applications. Additionally, it involves evaluating our business processes and driving efficiency and process improvements through the application of systems tools and/or automation. In this position, you will be working as a team member on an existing Agile Scrum team with an opportunity to transition to a scrum master role with qualifying experience. This is a great opportunity to work closely with various departments, manage projects, and to learn the skills required by the business and technology world! Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide on-going application support and involve in various stages of the SDLC.
• Conduct user requirement analysis for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
• Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problem.
• Involve in the system integration testing phase prior to implementation.
• Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.
• Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport
• Liaise closely with business in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
• Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation.
• Managing various upgrading or technical refresh projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable and effective communicating with individuals and teams including other stakeholders as needed.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details is a MUST
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or prior Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
• Logistics industry experience is a plus
• Advanced excel skill and sql experience is a plus
• Experience in Web, Mobile, and API user acceptance test
• Continuous improvement - Must be constantly growing, learning new tools and techniques, and sharing these among team.
• Strong organizational skill with the ability to adapt to short deadlines in a fast-paced, time sensitive projects.
