Job Description

We are seeking a

System Analyst

to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and business processes. You will serve as a strategic partner across departments, guiding system improvements, ensuring alignment with business goals, and mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end analysis and re-engineering of business processes and system workflows. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable solutions. Design and oversee system architecture ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Develop and review functional specifications, business cases, and technical documentation. Supervise and mentor junior system analysts and contribute to team development. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies for efficiency and quality improvement. Conduct detailed impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed system changes. Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews. Ensure compliance with data security policies, industry regulations, and IT governance standards. Monitor system performance continuously and recommend optimization strategies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

as a System Analyst. Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or similar platforms). Advanced proficiency in

requirements gathering, business process modeling, and system documentation

. Solid understanding of

databases (SQL), APIs, and integration technologies

. Experience working in

Agile/Scrum or hybrid environments

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
