:Responsibilities

Involve in system design, system development and collaborate with users to understand the system

requirements. * Perform system and unit testing, as well as user acceptance testing (UAT).

Create user guidelines and process flow to assist end-users\' usage and understanding.
Continuously monitor, provide support, and analyse system performance after Go-Live stage.
Assist the Senior Manager for operations system related presentations to clients by preparing reports and presentation slides.
Involve in the analysis of results and preparing reports for operations.
Involve in dashboard development and standard operating procedures preparation.
Oversee administrative tasks associated with projects including reporting on job progress to ensure quality is maintained and technical risks are managed.
Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required for any related projects.
Assist in administrative works for filing and documentations.
