System Analyst (with Ai)
Job Description
This role involves understanding how financial or insurance processes work, turning business needs into clear system requirements, and working with technical teams to build or improve systems.
Job Responsiblities:
Coordinate and participate in the user requirement study; gather, analyze, document and manage the requirements to recommend solutions
Work closely with end-user group and the technical team/developers to ensure delivery of fully acceptable and quality system
Prepare documents as part of project's deliverables, e.g. User Guides documents
Prepare test plan, test scope and test scripts as well as to document all the events occurred during test execution including test result, issues encountered and its resolution
Ensure the deliverables meet functional requirements with zero defect and ready for User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Conduct / support the User Acceptance Test
Facilitate and coordinate the entire cycle of a project to ensure it meets the project timeline
Define and manage resource plan together with the Project Manager aligning to the project schedule
Able to conduct workshops, presentations and functional training to stakeholders of various levels
Job Requirements:

Fresh Graudate - minimum CGPA: 3.70 and above
Experience Hired - Minimum 2 years
of working experience in IT Insurance/banking Good understanding ofinsurance business operations
and workflows Good understanding with insurance-related systems
and platforms Strong basic knowledge in AI field (AI/ML) Strongnegotiation and conflict resolution
skills Excellent verbal and writtencommunication (English)
skills Demonstrated ability toanalyze complex business or system problems
and propose effective, practical solutionsJob Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
